1.Upon receiving call time.

Note:

Every staff must make sure the guest’s name. Room number and time must be correct.

 

 

 

 

Receiving wake up call time from guest through the counter or by telephone, always double check on guest name and room number with system to see if it tallies.

 

Also double check date and time requested with the guest and whether the guest is a FIT or a group member.

 

Record call time information given by guest on the shift log book.

 

Inform. operator of the wake up call details and record the operator’s name in the shift log book.

To provide accurate service for the guest.
